Basic Training

One important thing to learn in this hobby is how to balance your airplane propeller. An unbalanced propeller makes your airplane vibrate unnecessarily and can decrease your airplanes performance as well as contribute to airframe failure. Take a look at these two videos on how to balance a propeller.

Local Hobby shops with rc aircraft

Unfortunately, some of the local hobby shops in our area, that were offering good starter sets have closed due to the poor economic times. Some of the remaining hobby shops close to our area had to cut down on the available products they offer and what they have has more mass appeal which is not always good quality equipment. Nevertheless they have inventory of items needed to keep you going in the hobby. As much as you can support them, we encourage you to do so. Here are some of the Hobby Shops we frequent.
